They shuttled me to where I work in the area and had the car fixed in a couple of hours.Then the shuttle picked me up at work to bring me back to pick up my car. The best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car! The GM Joe Marchi was so personable and made the ease of buying a new car a breeze! He worked hand in hand with our salesman Jessie to make sure we were taken care of the whole time and answered any questions we had. Our salesman Jessie had the car we were looking at pulled up ready to go. We were in and out signing paperwork right over to finance. Jeshua went over every detail of the tech and inside of the car with us while we were sitting in the car. So hands on and was very attentive to any questions we had. Helped me program everything from the app to my Bluetooth. So appreciative for that! It was so smooth no waiting around straight to it! The Cadillac experience at Patrick was phenomenal! The experience of Cadillac Lyriq all-electric SUV has been so luxurious. The feel this Full EV car gives while you sit in the car is Amazing! It has almost all the features you could ask for. One of the comfiest features in it are the massaging seats. The seat has many options including the heating, cooling and the massage as well which makes it even more comfortable to drive. The car is spacious and gives enough leg room. Spaces to keep the stuff is also sufficient. Furthermore, the dual screen LED display is so pleasing, the car has inner color changing lights which enhances the ambience of the car. It also has the front body lights which starts to light up as the car is unlocked. The drive is very smooth and it has incredible road grip, even at sharp turns, it would hold the road so much that the car would not slide or leave the grip of the road. Great for driving in snow or slippery roads. Also, the color we bought was Celestial metallic which gives it a unique look. The car looks so attractive and posh! Doesn't need fuel is a plus. Easy to charge and connect at different EV stations.
