I so miss the best sales person a dealership could ever have. Her name is Erin Pryrchla. She was always available, super knowledgeable, and of course, super nice. Erin was always available to answer any questions and this was up to a year after I purchased my Cadillac XT5. I was sorry to hear she no longer works at Patrick Cadillac. On another note, I had service at Patrick Cadillac one time and I was very pleased with their work.

Xander and the Patrick Cadillac service team went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an engine misfire on my 2021 Escalade. They worked with my extended warranty to minimize the ovrrall costs.

Service with Patrick is awesome, the workers are kind ,nice patient and understanding and work with you through it all. I like to give a big shout to Shane Castillo and his team all the times I wasn't denied Service and always provided me with a loaner. If Shane say he will do it its done. Cadillac sales persons are very good. I had great experience with Phoenix. I bought an electric car and since getting a L2 charger takes time, Phoenix offered to let me get my car charged till I get my home charger installed. However the Finance Department is not good in telling you all the details you are signing. I was not told about a $595 lease ending fee. Also I was incorrectly told when my second lease payment will be due.
