I went to two other Cadillac dealerships before contacting Patrick Cadillac. Both dealerships told me the Lyriq was in high demand and quoted prices thousands of dollars over the MSRP. One dealership’s initial offer was $20,000 over the list price! When I called Patrick, I was told they didn’t have any Lyriqs in stock but that I could “build my own”. Not being very good with tools I was a bit hesitant but once I learned I simply needed to go online and select the trim level, color and options, I decided to take a chance. I completed the online configuration summary and then met with Erin, one of the client advisors. Erin was very helpful in answering my questions about EVs in general but also explained the different options available for the Lyriq and the approximate time frame for delivery. She assured me that I could purchase the vehicle for the MSRP and offered more on my trade in than the dealership that wanted $20,000 over MSRP, as well as an offer I received from Carmax to buy my vehicle. When the car came in last week, I was a bit nervous there might still be some huge, unexpected price increase but Patrick Cadillac sold me the car at the MSRP as promised. The car is great and my wife loves the color. We ordered the Emerald Lake Metallic after only see online photos so we weren’t sure what it might actually look like but it is really striking. This is my first EV but it drives just like a top of the line gas vehicle. I would definitely recommend the Cadillac Lyriq and would also highly recommend Patrick Cadillac if your are looking for a good deal on your purchase. Also, Erin and the other employees from Patrick we worked with were extremely helpful and friendly.

Over 40 years ago, I purchased my first car. Hands down, Erin is the very best sales person I have ever worked with. Working with Erin and her dealership was a first class experience. Erin was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Erin did not rush me or pressure me, and she really listened to my concerns. Erin is a great communicator; she promptly returned phone calls and emails. Erin was at all times extremely professional and she made the entire process quick, smooth and painless. I was looking for a car at the end of the 2023 season (when there was little inventory) and Erin went above and beyond in search of a car for me. I had a car budget and a car wish list. Unfortunately, my wish list exceeded my budget; that said, Erin worked very hard to find me a car with everything I wanted within my budget. There have been no problems with my vehicle; that said, Erin has followed up on numerous occasions just to make sure that everything was all right and to answer any questions I might have. Erin is a real treasure and I will work with her again in the future.

I have been buying cars at Patrick Cadillac, BMW & Volvo for over forty years and I have always enjoyed the experience, from sales to service. Steve Popp, Cadillac sales, is one of the best sales representative I have ever worked with.
I took my new Lyriq in to have the charging door cover repaired (it doesn't close when the close button is pushed BUT the vehicle can still be charged), I also wanted to get the tire pressure checked and the wireless phone charger looked at. Jordan did a great job listening to my concerns, then arranged for a ride back to my office. Patrick ordered a part to repair the charging door cover and they picked me up promptly when the work was done. All in all, very good. I just want the part to arrive!
I was treated efficiently from the start. Granted, I had done my research due diligence from the beginning and knew I was looking for a CT5, the color int/ext and features. I did find it on their website, my car of choice, and reached out online to Patrick Cadillac. I was contacted immediately by Brendan Bean, an online customer liaison who then put in touch with Alvaro Guzman, my client advisor. Never having met me, and only one point of email contact, Alvaro was very proactive. He set up a personal appointment and to clarify the information about my car of interest that I found through their website link, he simply sent me a copy of the actual window sticker (MSRP) and upfront discount offerings. He also proactively offered me the total "out the door price" of the car with license, tax, etc. included. Mind you all this information was sent BEFORE the actual appointment and meeting him face to face. We are all busy and all our time is valuable, but Alvaro's transparent approach allowed me to do all the homework ahead of time. When I arrived, we met, test drove the vehicle, discussed any last minute "wiggle room" on the final out the door price and singed the papers to buy the car. I then reviewed additional warranty possibilities that I was interested in and decided the two I wanted and we priced those out separately so there was no confusion on the actual cost of the car itself, the warranties being separate. Financing was not ready to talk to me that day, so I was able to leave (total time spent about 2 hours), and then returned 2 days later to pick up my new, prepared car and paid for it (total 45 minutes). Alvaro was off that day and turned me over to Phoneix Goettel, a client experience specialist, who spent a very knowledge 1/2 hour session with me to start my electronics education with the cockpit and attend to one last item with my protective floor mat installation. Great job. After I left, I wanted to spend some time on my own learning the features of the car. Within a couple days Alvaro reached out to me by email asking about the car and inviting me back for additional features instruction. I have been working through becoming knowledge with the car and I have a 10 day post purchase appointment with Alvaro to finish up some lingering questions and instruction. Long review, but I have always purchased new cars and do not always look forward to the experience, but the team at Patrick and specifically, Alvaro as my sales specialist, made this an excellent transparent event where I felt I got a fair deal that was good for me and acceptable to them. Incidentally, they gave me a better deal both on cost and options than another Cadillac dealer that I visited. Based on my one experience, I would feel confident recommending Patrick Cadillac and Alvaro to explore buying a Cadillac.
I arrived at Patrick Cadillac without an appointment to inquire about a check engine light and a steering failure notice on my dash. Shane in the service dept. Immediately took ownership of my problem and was able to have transportation to my job and the repair was completed by 3pm. He informed me that it was covered by the power train warranty. The car was returned to washed and repaired in under 5hours without an appointment. I could not have been more pleased with the Patrick Service Dept. In taking care of my 2018 XT5 issue at no cost to me.
