When you purchase a new Cadillac from Patrick Cadillac in Chicago, we warrant for repairs, including parts and labor, to correct any problems in materials or workmanship, for up to 4 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). The warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period and there is no deductible for repairs.
Cadillac transferable 100,000 mile/5-year Powertrain Limited Warranty
Cadillac’s transferable 100,000 mile/5-year Powertrain Limited Warranty covers repairs due to the result of material or workmanship defects in powertrain components like the engine, transmission and drive systems. This warranty transfers automatically with vehicle ownership during the warranty period and there is no deductible for repairs.
All Chicago Cadillac drivers who have purchased 2007 and newer passenger or light duty trucks are covered from the original in-service date for warrantable repairs in the first 100,000 miles or 5 years (whichever comes first).

Though Patrick Cadillac's warranty program covers most major repairs, it does exclude:
- Normal Cadillac maintenance and service
- Damage due to accident, misuse, alteration, insufficient or improper maintenance, contaminated or poor quality fuel.
- Cadillac’s Medium Duty trucks, including the C4500, are excluded from Powertrain coverage.
